HOW TO GET A REFUND
After you have tried DashNex PowerTech platform, if you want to get a refund, you just need to reach out to us either by creating a ticket in our online help desk here or by emailing us to support (at) dashnex.com (after you sent us an email, please check for the response with your dedicated ticket number - it will confirm that we have received your email).
We process all refunds within 24h from the moment we receive your request.
